Dr Te Momo holds a Doctorate of Philosophy, Master in Māori and Pacific Development with Honours, a Postgraduate Diploma in Not-for-Profit Management, Bachelor of Arts, and a Certificate in Māori Studies from the University of Waikato. She is currently a Senior Lecturer in the School of Māori Arts, Knowledge, and Education in the College of Humanities and Social Science at Massey University. She lectures in Whānau Development, Whānau Interventions, Whānau Forms and Functions, Māori Development, Social Services, Community Development, Social Policy and the Political Economy, and Social Research.
