‘Truda Chadwick is a respected performer on the Auckland nightclub circuit, singing either superlative close harmony in a trio or a wide solo repertoire from blues to standards to rock.... Truda Chadwick’s recording includes work on the Sleeping Dogs soundtrack (1977) and the Women in Blues album (1990).... Truda Chadwick sang the Rata Award-winning song "Conservations Over to You" (1977) and she can be heard on a new CD, Live at Rick’s (1992). She is at work on a new album."
